“Notes From the U.S.A.” is a short-form travel documentary series that merges elements of cultural exploration, storytelling, and informative travelogue as it explores US cities through the lens of music. Musician’s Foy Vance and Laetitia Sherriff serve as hosts in the project’s ten city run, meeting up with local guests along the way.

Some of the local guests are storytellers like Detroit’s Dame Wilburn, who has performed with popular storytelling collective The Moth and Seattle’s John Roderick, singer and songwriter in The Long Winters, who most recently collaborated with Aimee Mann on her Grammy award winning album “Mental Health”.

The series features 10 episodes, highlighting 10 cities across the US through the lens of music, food and culture.
