
Fresh off a deep dive into their target consumer and customer research, Wayfair was looking for the perfect celebrity talent to land an entirely new brand positioning.
They came to us with a dream, Kelly Clarkson, and we embedded ourselves into their creative and marketing team to build a platform that would attract their consumers, and excite Kelly Clarkson in her position as the consumer face of their brand. “You’ve Got This,” was a campaign built to empower their target consumers to tackle the everyday hurdles in the home with the friendly help of Wayfair’s team of expert designers and product specialists.
From a creative summit on the campus of Wayfair with their marketing and creative teams, to collectively building a scalable franchise, “You’ve Got This,” and landing a first-of-its-kind talent deal that included a comprehensive campaign and the launch of Kelly Clarkson’s personal line “Kelly Clarkson Home,” this was match for the history books.
